These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Savia Bruta SL, a luxury floral design studio specializing in destination weddings and corporate events across Spain and Europe.
2. Scope of Services
Savia Bruta SL offers bespoke floral design and styling services for high-end events. Each project is fully customized and tailored to the client’s vision, event concept, and location.
3. Services
Services may include:
- Floral design for destination weddings
- Corporate event floral design
- Bespoke floral installations
- Creative direction and event styling
All services are provided on a project-by-project basis.
4. Booking & Engagement
Services are engaged through direct communication via email, phone, or professional channels.
Following an initial consultation, a tailored proposal will be provided. The booking is confirmed upon acceptance of the proposal and payment of a deposit.
5. Pricing & Payment
All pricing is customized based on the scope of the event, location, design requirements, and logistics.
A deposit is required to secure the event date. Remaining payments will be scheduled according to the agreed terms outlined in the proposal.
6. Cancellations
Cancellation terms are specified within each individual proposal or agreement.
Deposits are non-refundable as they secure the event date and cover initial planning and design work.
7. Liability
Savia Bruta SL commits to delivering services with the highest level of quality and professionalism.
However, Savia Bruta SL is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond its control, including force majeure events.
8. Intellectual Property
All floral designs, concepts, images, and creative materials produced by Savia Bruta SL remain the intellectual property of the studio.
Savia Bruta SL reserves the right to use project imagery for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
9. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for professional and service-related purposes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain.
